Quality Policy

At Sensorbee, we are committed to delivering high-quality, real-time environmental monitoring solutions that support urban resilience, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance. We aim to consistently exceed our customers’ quality expectations and surpass industry standards.

  • Consideration of context of the organization and aligning the Integrated Management System with the strategic direction of Sensorbee

  • Satisfying customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Management of organization, along with employee-established quality objectives and defined responsibilities for their fulfillment 

  • Establishing, applying, maintaining and continual improvement of effectiveness of Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

  • Sensorbee is committed to staying at the forefront of sensor technology by focusing on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • We build quality into every part of our work—from how we design and make our products to how we deliver and support them.

  • We put customers first by listening to their feedback and using it to make our products and services better, aiming to meet or exceed their expectations.

  • We adopt new technologies to improve our solutions and maintain our position as a leader in environmental monitoring.

  • We continuously improve how we manage our operations—starting from the first customer inquiry all the way through delivery and after-sales support.

 

The framework for setting quality objectives is defined in the IMS Manual.

CEO is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization and making it available to the public.
