30-Day Trial Period

Every newly paired Sensorbee device gets a 30-day trial period — no charges for SIM data, reporting, or integrations during that window. After the trial ends, billing begins according to your subscription.

Devices paired to the Sensorbee LwM2M server

Devices bootstrapped against the Sensorbee LwM2M server are covered for all services during the trial — SIM usage, cloud reporting, and integrations. After 30 days, SIM auto-top-up activates automatically, so the SIM never runs out of data, and you're billed according to your subscription package and actual usage.

Devices paired to an external LwM2M server

Devices bootstrapped against a customer-owned LwM2M server get a 30-day trial for the SIM only (Sensorbee Cloud isn't being used). After 30 days the SIM is disabled unless you re-pair the device against the Sensorbee LwM2M server, at which point the SIM is reactivated and auto-top-up enabled.

Important: the countdown is fixed

The 30-day trial begins when the device is first paired and does not reset. No matter how many times you pair and unpair the device — or switch between Sensorbee and external LwM2M paths — the original countdown continues from the first pairing.
